Delivery & Shipping

  • How do you handle deliveries? We handle all of our deliveries through trusted local courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and discreetly.

  • How much does delivery cost? Our delivery rates start at $40.

  • Do you deliver to Tobago? Yes! We offer delivery to both Trinidad and Tobago.

  • Can I pick up my order in person? Currently, we do not offer physical pickup locations or meetups. All orders are strictly handled via our courier delivery service.

Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? We want to make checking out as easy as possible. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Bank Transfers (via Republic Bank). If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will provide you with the account details at checkout.

Returns & Policies

  • What happens if an item is damaged? Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds for damaged products. We take quality control very seriously, and every single item is thoroughly checked and securely packaged before it is handed over to our courier for delivery.
