Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged sealed packaging. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products where the factory seal has been broken, or if the box/sachets have been opened.
